EU SHIPPING & RETURNS - FREE OF CHARGE
We offer a free shipping, return and exchange service on orders to all countries within the European Union.
— Sweden: Delivered via Postnord to your nearest pickup point. Delivery takes 1–3 business days.
— Other EU countries: Delivered via DHL Parcel Connect to your local service point. You’ll receive tracking and delivery info by SMS or email.

All non-EU orders ship with DHL Express or FEDEX (1–7 business days). You’ll receive tracking and delivery details by email or SMS. Customers outside the EU (except for UK, US, Canada and Norway) are responsible for any applicable taxes and import duties.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES - ALL REGIONS
— Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging (glove box, cards, tags).
— You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order

— To initiate a return, exchange, or exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete our Return & Exchange Request form.
— Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
— Return shipping costs outside the EU will be deducted from your refund.
— Please retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit without tracking.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
