We offer a free shipping, return and exchange service on orders to all countries within the European Union.
— Sweden: Delivered via Postnord to your nearest pickup point. Delivery takes 1–3 business days.
— Other EU countries: Delivered via DHL Parcel Connect. You’ll receive tracking and delivery info by SMS or email

All non-EU orders ship with DHL Express (1–5 business days). You’ll receive tracking and delivery details by email or SMS. Customers outside the EU (except for UK and Norway) are responsible for any applicable taxes and import duties.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES - ALL REGIONS
— Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging (glove box, cards, tags).
—You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
(or by 23rd January 2026 for orders placed between 1st November and 31st December 2025—whichever is later).
—Email support@handsomestockholm.com with your order number to receive return instructions and a prepaid label.
—Return shipping costs (outside the EU) will be deducted from your refund.
—Please retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit without tracking.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
